Because we deeply trust, and enjoy experiencing the pure tree and plant essential oils of "Wisdom of the Earth," we have been honored with the opportunity to share this knowledge with those that are genuinely interested. Ancient Essentials is now teaching the "Wisdom of the Earth" foundation (level I) Aromatherapy Essential Oil Certification Course. Conducted over two days, the academic, practical and spiritual aspects of pure essential oil aromatherapy are addressed. This is a course like no other (that we are aware of!).
This course is for those who have a serious interest, personal or professional, in essential oil aromatherapy for the facilitation of healing -- physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The following topics will be covered:
Plant and tree essential oils complement and enhance all other healing modalities, so whether you are a chiropractor, massage therapist, acupuncturist, rolfer, herbalist, nutritionist, counselor or therapist, you can benefit greatly from this cutting edge information that is not widely available in this country. The same holds true if you are a layperson interested in stepping away from traditional allopathic modalities and seeking alternative methods for self-care that are simple to use and highly effective.

more knowledgeable messenger for the Plant & Tree Kingdom, consider
joining us for a life-changing five day retreat in the red rocks and
ancient energy of Sedona, Arizona.
We will explore the emotional and spiritual uses of essential oils, and you will have multiple opportunities to develop your hands-on application skills. On the academic side, various topics include differentiating between the numerous sub-species of Eucalyptus and Lavender. Also, you will work with, and learn to sharpen your assessment and consulting skills to support developing suggestions for aromatherapy essential oils use, and much more!
We offer a balance of internal and external growth...so you will challenge many beliefs or assumptions about yourself, while discovering strengths and passions that will shape your future. Picture a Medicine Wheel ceremony to greet the sun...a private Native American flute performance...these and other similar experiences have been a part of past advanced aromatherapy retreats.
Each retreat is designed with the weather conditions in mind, as well as the composition of the student group. Level 1 Certification is a pre-requisite for this retreat.

Included in the registration fee are healthy snacks and lunches each day, two dinners, and any expenses related to the day trips/ceremonial experiences.

For many years, "Wisdom of the Earth" has organized and hosted an
annual study
trip to Provence, France. They tour the lavender fields, learn
first-hand from their gifted and knowledgeable farmers/distillers, and
experience the wonder of essential oils in one of the most
beautiful places in the world. This year is no exception. If you are
called or inspired to learn about essential oils directly from the field, please join in this exciting and often times
life-changing opportunity."Come with us to Provence - home of endless lavender fields, sunflowers as far as you can see, and the sources of first-hand information about essential oil aromatherapy...the plants, the trees, the farmers and distillers. We will visit several different farmers/cooperatives who produce and distill medicinal plants for Wisdom of the Earth, and climb to the top of Mount de Cheiron, home of wild lavender and source of our incredible Highland Lavender - the purest and most wonderful lavender essential oil we have found. Ancient towns, open-air markets, fabulous food, and breath-taking vistas. All of this and more awaits you in Provence!
We will have a life-changing visit to France, and develop an even greater love and understanding of these healing gifts from Mother Earth..pure plant and tree essence essential oils for mental, emotional, spiritual and physical healing. This location holds the mystery of the ancient art of distilling essential oils that has been going on for centuries. Come experience this majestic energy with us.
You do not have to be a professional aromatherapist or a practicing healer to qualify for/benefit from this program of study...you just have to have a passion for aromatherapy essential oils and a heart to learn and grow. This is an exciting, invigorating and educational trip.
This year, the trip is scheduled for July 25 - August 3. Space is limited, so if you are interested, please contact us as soon as possible for registration information. The cost of this year's trip is $3,800, excluding airfare. This will include the seminar/field study program, accommodations, most meals, ground transportation in France, and any entrance fees for museums, botanical gardens, etc. The first payment is due by May 1st...a $1,000 deposit will hold your place.
